This option is great as a little add-on pre or post bodywork! It’s also an excellent option for someone who may need bodywork but the idea of a massage is anxiety-inducing. I totally get it, and in this session we work together to come up with a game plan. This is done wearing comfortable and movable clothing and is a mix of assisted stretching and compassionate touch.
